TRANSPARENT ATTORNEY FEES
Know the attorney fee before you begin.
Many of our immigration services are handled for a flat attorney fee. The amounts below are for the described scope of representation. Government filing fees, translations, medical examinations, and other expenses are separate. Your written agreement confirms the exact service and fee.
RFE and NOID responses included When an application or matter is covered by our flat-fee representation, any related USCIS Request for Evidence (RFE) or Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response is included at no additional attorney fee. Separate $1,500 RFE and $3,000 NOID fees apply ONLY to new, stand-alone representations for applications originally filed independently or by another firm and not already covered by Green Chavez. New, unrelated applications and other services outside the agreed representation remain separate.
FAMILY AND EMPLOYMENT GREEN CARDS
Same attorney fees for adjustment and consular processing.
Family-based: $4,800 with I-130 petition included, or $3,800 after an approved I-130. Employment-based: $3,800 after an approved I-140. These attorney fees are the same whether the immigrant visa process is completed through adjustment of status or a consulate. Government agency fees and the required forms vary.
No extra form-preparation fee For adjustment cases, eligible I-765, I-131 and other ordinary related forms are included in the attorney fee. Consular cases instead include NVC and consular documentation and interview preparation. Government/consular fees and third-party expenses are separate.
Additional applicants: $1,000 each Same rate for each eligible additional applicant in a covered family- or employment-based green card case, whether adjustment or consular. Any separate underlying petitions are reviewed individually.
Optional USCIS interview attendance: +$1,500 Interview preparation is included in both adjustment and consular packages. Optional in-person USCIS adjustment interview attendance is +$1,500, subject to availability and travel costs; attorney attendance at consular interviews is not included.
