HOW WE CAN HELP

Citizenship & naturalization

A considered approach to one of life’s most important milestones.

UNDERSTANDING YOUR OPTIONS

A clearer way forward.

Citizenship matters may involve naturalization, proof of citizenship acquired at birth, or citizenship derived through a parent. Each has its own eligibility and documentation requirements.

MATTERS WE HANDLE

Guidance that meets you where you are.

  • N-400 naturalization applications
  • N-600 certificates of citizenship
  • Citizenship through qualifying parents
  • Interview preparation and complex histories

HOW WE HELP

Thoughtful preparation. Individual attention.

We evaluate eligibility, identify issues that deserve careful disclosure, organize the evidence, and prepare clients for important milestones. For standard Form N-400 naturalization, the flat attorney fee includes USCIS interview and applicable English/civics preparation. Optional in-person attorney attendance at the USCIS naturalization interview is an additional $1,000 when requested and available; travel expenses are separate.

Certain children may acquire or derive U.S. citizenship under specific statutory conditions. The child’s age, residence, custody, and the parent’s status can be important.
