STARTING YOUR CASE
What this service involves
We begin by reviewing your immigration history, eligibility, documents and goals. This helps us determine whether the standard service described here fits your situation and what evidence will be needed.
PREPARING YOUR RECORD
Typical documents we review
The exact documents depend on your history, eligibility and the filing requirements.
- Previous DACA approval and EAD
- Address, travel and immigration history updates
- Information about any intervening legal issues
LEGAL PREPARATION
How we prepare the case
We review continued eligibility and the renewal timing, prepare I-821D, I-765 and I-765WS as appropriate, and submit the combined renewal package.
We explain the filing plan and any case-specific concerns before the representation begins.
FLAT-FEE SCOPE AND LIMITATIONS

Flat attorney fee for one standard DACA renewal, including related employment authorization. Includes continued DACA eligibility assessment and proper renewal filing-window review; prior DACA approvals, immigration history, and employment authorization review; preparation of Forms I-821D, I-765, I-765WS, and G-28 as appropriate; ordinary supporting documentation; filing with USCIS; routine case tracking; and responses to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) arising from the represented renewal. Excludes USCIS and biometric fees; translations; certified records and extensive FOIA retrieval; complex criminal, immigration, or eligibility issues; separate advance parole or travel authorization; new or initial DACA requests; unrelated benefit applications; motions; appeals. An additional separate I-765 attorney fee is not charged for the employment authorization application included in this renewal. Initial DACA requests are not currently adjudicated by USCIS and are not advertised as an available service. Any USCIS Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID) response arising from this covered application or representation, like a related Request for Evidence (RFE) response, is included in the stated flat attorney fee at no additional attorney charge.
The signed representation agreement controls the exact scope. Government fees and outside costs, where applicable, are not included unless expressly stated.
COMMON QUESTIONS
Before we begin
Are government filing fees included in the price?
No. The displayed amount is the attorney fee. USCIS, consular, medical, translation and other third-party charges, when applicable, are separate unless the specific scope expressly says otherwise.
Will you charge an extra attorney fee if USCIS sends an RFE or NOID?
No additional attorney fee is charged for RFE or NOID responses arising within a Green Chavez matter already covered by a flat-fee representation agreement. The separately priced RFE and NOID services are only for new clients with applications filed independently or by another firm.
How do I find out whether my case fits this standard fee?
Contact our office for a case-specific eligibility and scope review. If your situation falls outside the listed service, we will explain the additional work and fees in writing before you hire us.
