FAQ

Common questions

General information only; eligibility depends on individual facts.

Does investment alone guarantee an E-2 visa?
No. Source of funds, the enterprise, the nature of the investment, and all eligibility criteria must be considered.
Is an E-2 visa permanent residence?
No. E-2 is a temporary nonimmigrant classification and does not itself provide a green card.
