The Green Chavez Law Firm charges a Flat Fee for most of our legal services. This allows our clients to know how much they are going to spend up front. The prices below show our Attorney Fees plus any Fees charged by the Government (USCIS).

Waiver Fees
Provisional Unlawful Presence Waiver
This waiver helps clear one of the barriers to getting a visa, so you can attend an immigrant visa interview at a U.S. Embassy or Consulate abroad without risking being denied entry back into the United States

This waiver is needed if you are inadmissible to the United States and are seeking an immigrant visa, adjustment of status, certain nonimmigrant statuses, or certain other immigration benefits.

Waiver from Vaccination Requirement

This waiver is needed if you seek an exemption from the vaccination requirement because vaccinations are against your religious beliefs or moral convictions.

Application for Permission to Reapply for Admission into the United States After Deportation or Removal

This "consent to reapply" is needed if you’re not allowed to enter the United States because of certain immigration rules (INA sections 212(a)(9)(A) or (C)), and you need to request permission to return legally.
