The Green Chavez Law Firm charges a Flat Fee for most of our legal services. This allows our clients to know how much they are going to spend up front. The prices below show our Attorney Fees plus any Fees charged by the Government (USCIS).

* Every case is unique and every client will be told how much they will be charged before accepting the case.

Citizenship and Naturalization Fees
Application for Naturalization
This application is only for applicants who are currently a Permanent Resident and have met all of the requirements to Naturalize and become a US Citizen.

Application for Certificate of Citizenship
You should file this application if:
1. You are requesting a Certificate of Citizenship because you were born outside the United States to a U.S. citizen parent; or
2. You are requesting a Certificate of Citizenship because you automatically became a citizen of the United States after birth, but before you turned 18 years of age. (A parent or legal guardian can also file Form N-600 on behalf of a minor child.)
