Jeff Green is an immigration lawyer who is passionate about immigration law and committed to providing quality legal services to his clients. He is known for his patience, compassion, and ability to guide clients through what can often be a stressful and confusing process.

Jeff’s priority is to provide exceptional immigration legal services while ensuring that his clients understand the process, their options, and the potential outcomes of their case. This commitment to clear communication and client-centered representation is why he practices immigration law exclusively.

Jeff believes in treating clients like family and takes pride in helping them achieve their immigration goals. To Jeff, immigration law is about families, futures, and dreams, not just paperwork and fees.

Jeff grew up in Texas and is a U.S. Army veteran, having served in the Military Intelligence Corps during the Gulf War. After his military service, he graduated from Iowa State University and later earned his law degree from Taft Law School.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Jeff worked as a college professor, where he developed a thoughtful and patient approach to explaining complex information. That experience continues to shape the way he communicates with clients today. Jeff believes clients should understand the immigration process, their options, and the potential outcomes of their case, and he takes the time to explain each step in a clear and practical way.

Jeff has also served as a judge, an experience that deepened his respect for fairness, due process, and the importance of careful legal analysis. That perspective now strengthens his work as an immigration attorney, where he approaches each client’s case with compassion, preparation, and attention to detail.

Jeff is a licensed attorney eligible to practice immigration law in all 50 states. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Dallas Bar Association, and the California Bar.
