Unmarried Children Under 21 of U.S. Citizens

Eligibility: Biological, stepchildren (if the marriage creating the step-relationship occurred before the child’s 18th birthday), or adopted children.
Process: File Form I-130, followed by consular processing or adjustment of status if the child is in the U.S.

Parents of U.S. Citizens

Eligibility: U.S. citizen must be 21 or older.
